The woman as the giver of life and death is an interesting theme within the Berkano modality. Some aspects are based on reality observed through the magical work of a practitioner in both the physical and astral realms. I can only say that, evidently, non-magicians who were healthy suddenly fell seriously ill after her operation and were out of the physical realm within a few days. I even managed to obtain a statement from an eyewitness who observed her during such an operation (the woman had moved into his apartment so she could better focus her attention on her neighbor; it was impossible not to notice, especially since the visit was about this).
